HOW DO WE INCORPORATE IT IN OUR BUSINESS?
We hold a belief the community members should be given opportunity to participate directly in economic activities of an organization/institution. We have encouraged local participation in the company by lowering minimum share quantities for local community members so that prospective community members can buy shares in the company and own some part of the company. Most of our staff members shall be from local community thereby facilitating the economic prosperity of the community. We also aim to procure local products from the village farms for our guest, creating a prospect for trading.
We understand the sense of duty to conserve the environment that we live. Our agriculture practice abstains from the use of chemical pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, fungicide and synthetic fertilizers. We encourage village households to adopt natural agriculture methods via dedicated projects.
We aim to minimize carbon footprints and we understand that transportation is a major source of carbon footprint in Global Tourism. We encourage hiking and bicycle activities and short treks. Our major sources of energy within the property will be hydroelectricity and solar energy.
